Position Title: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Working Location: Loyang

Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + PB + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Support the company’s business growth by meeting targets using available resources.

Develop new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers through phone communication.

Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams and act as the main contact to handle customer enquiries and issues.

Maintain accurate customer information in the system.

Identify and manage business and financial risks through proper monitoring.

Handle credit control activities.

Provide sales support, including preparing quotations, coordinating with overseas partners, and handling monthly pricing updates and reports.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Knowledge of freight forwarding is preferred.

Willing to work additional hours when required.
