Position Title: Consultant cum Therapist

Working Location: East

Working Hours: 5 days Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm (1 day off rotational shift; off on Sundays and Public Holidays)

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Incentive + Staff treatment benefits

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations to understand aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatments.

Carry out basic facial and skincare treatments in accordance with company and safety guidelines.

Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships and retention.

Support sales growth by promoting treatments and packages through professional consultation.

Assist doctors during treatment procedures and provide post-treatment support to clients.

Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.

Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and service satisfaction.

Stay updated on aesthetic products, treatments, and market trend.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industry is an advantage.

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Pleasant personality with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.

Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends or Saturdays.

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
