Position Title: Project Manager

Working Location: Jurong/Island Wide

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Lead a team of professional and technical staff for daily operations.

Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards.

Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.

DSTA experience is preferred for effective project handling.

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA.

5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

DSTA experience is preferred.

Report directly to the Project Director.

Good leadership and communication skills.
