Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM) & Alternate Saturday (8.30 AM – 12.30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a warehouse section to support daily operational goals and customer requirements

Support and lead improvement projects to enhance warehouse operations

Communicate with customers to resolve operational issues

Guide and train junior staff and team members on warehouse operations

Ensure daily warehouse activities meet operational targets and service standards

Plan manpower allocation to support operational needs efficiently

Promote a positive and supportive work environment

Support workplace safety practices and share safety information with the team

Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Support process improvements to improve operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines

Prepare operational updates and identify areas for improvement

Carry out other duties assigned

At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or team leading role

Able to coordinate daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with inventory handling and warehouse procedures

Good communication and teamwork skills

Familiar with workplace safety practices and operational procedures
