Position Title: Factory Manager

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations.

Ensure production, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are achieved.

Optimise manufacturing processes, manpower deployment, equipment performance, and warehouse layout.

Manage inventory accuracy, storage, stock reconciliation, material handling, and goods dispatch.

Coordinate inbound, outbound, and export shipments with procurement and logistics partners.

Implement warehouse automation, barcoding, inventory tracking, and WMS solutions.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with R&D on new product trials and production scale-up.

Lead and train production and warehouse teams while monitoring performance.

Reduce wastage, stock discrepancies, operating costs, and process bottlenecks.

Prepare operational reports and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and other departments.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

At least 5–8 years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

At least 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.

Knowledge of production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, HACCP, and GMP requirements.

Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
