Position Title: Construction Manager

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the construction project team, overseeing site operations, project planning, execution, and progress monitoring in line with the approved master schedule and detailed work programme.

Establish effective coordination and communication with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project activities and requirements.

Review, develop, and prepare method statements for submission and approval by the client.

Oversee manpower allocation and resource planning, while monitoring work schedules to ensure efficient task assignment and seamless site operations.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.

Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule and requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with involvement in LTA/ MRT projects.

At least 5 years of experience overseeing civil and infrastructure construction works.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, temporary works, and site operations.

Familiarity with LTA requirements, specifications, standards, and procedures for MRT and infrastructure projects.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
