Position Title: Project Co-ordinator

Working Location: Islandwide, Office at Tampines

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon- Fri: 9AM – 6PM, Sat: 9AM – 1PM)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning and delivering security system projects.

Coordinate project implementation and execution according to company commitments, client requirements, and timelines.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams before and after project implementation.

Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Manage multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 1–2 years of relevant project coordination or security system experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to travel islandwide if required
