Job Description

Position Title: Senior Accountant

Working Location: Tuas Ave

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts.

Manage the accounting process from transaction recording to month-end closing and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and accounting schedules.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and within the required timeline.

Prepare and submit GST F5 returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Monitor cash flow, account balances, and financial transactions.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external parties on accounting-related matters.

Support audit preparation and provide necessary financial information when required.

Review and improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Perform accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts independently.

Experience in preparing and submitting GST F5 returns.

Proficient in accounting software, preferably MYOB and Odoo is advantageous
