What You’ll Be Working On

Lead end-to-end product engagements — from discovery and strategy through to roadmap definition and implementation planning

Align product direction with business goals, user needs, and technical realities

Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through ambiguity and complexity

Champion modern product and engineering practices that drive measurable outcomes

Mentor and grow product managers and cross-functional teams

Represent the practice in industry forums, communities of practice, and thought leadership spaces

What We’re Looking For:

At least 8 years product manager experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives

Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategy to execution

Deep fluency in agile, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery

Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable with C-suite

Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build, improve, and create meaningful impact
