Our 3-Step Internship Programme

1. Learn

Receive structured onboarding, laboratory safety training and classroom observations while learning from experienced educators.

2. Practise

Apply your learning by supporting lessons, practical laboratory sessions, curriculum projects and daily centre operations under the guidance of your mentor.

3. Grow

Build confidence through meaningful responsibilities, regular coaching and continuous feedback throughout your internship.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Enjoys working with children and young people

Is responsible, proactive and dependable

Works well in a team and communicates confidently

Is open to feedback and committed to personal growth

No prior teaching experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Internship Commitment

Internship Period

January to June 2027

Working Schedule

3 Weekdays: 1.00pm – 9.00pm

2 Weekends: 8.30am – 6.30pm

Applicants should be able to commit to the full internship period and working schedule.
