Concierge (Office Building)

Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Concierge to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Concierge's responsible is:

Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth and seamless event operations.

Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.

Provide warm, professional and attentive service to clients, C-suite and VVIP guests.

Assist with managing multiple tasks and event requirements while maintaining high service standards.

Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and strong attention to detail.

Support physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and event equipment as required.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with experience in vendor management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.

Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification preferred; candidates must be comfortable with physical event setup duties.
