Patient Service Associate (Start ASAP, 1 year, East, Customer Service) #HJY

Location: Marine Parade, Pasir Ris, Punggol

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: $2500

Working days and hours:

44 hours per work week

Weekday:

• 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday)
• Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor – Certain day might be 6.45am but quite rare

Every Sat:

• 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)
• Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor

Job Description:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
• Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O/A Levels/Diploma in any field
• No exp. needed, training will be provided
• Must be ok to start as early as 7am on certain days.
