BIM Modeller (Precast/Constriction, Central)

Responsibilities

Develop BIM models and precast shop drawings using Tekla Structures.

Interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for precast detailing.

Prepare reinforcement, openings, cast-in items, lifting systems, and component details.

Perform BIM coordination and clash detection.

Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and raise RFIs.

Revise shop drawings based on consultant comments and project requirements.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.

Issue approved shop drawings to production teams on schedule.

Develop and maintain standard precast component templates.

Ensure timely submission of shop drawings according to project timelines.

Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.

Proficient in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
