Contract / Employment Type: 3 Months Contract, Renewable
Salary: $10/hour
Location: Toa Payoh North
Working Hours:
4–5 working days per week
Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day
Shift timings include 8:30am – 6:15pm, 9:30am – 7:15pm, 10:15am – 8:00pm or 11:00am – 8:45pm
Somedays can be half day
Job Scope:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with customers on appointments
Respond to general enquiries
Provide basic information and customer support
Update call outcomes and customer records in the system
Perform backend administrative duties
Support day-to-day clinic operations as required
Requirements
No experience required
Comfortable handling customer enquiries over the phone
