As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Manage customer inquiries, appointments, payments, and overall front-desk functions.

Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and booking records.

Participate in necessary training related to services, systems, and customer service procedures.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, such as in retail, wellness, or clinic front desk operations.

Strong interpersonal skills with a polite

Patient-focused and friendly.
