Junior Admin Assistant (Training Provided)

Salary:  $1900 – $2,200 per month

Working Location:  Woodlands / Shifting to Tagore

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Work Week:  5 days

Job Responsibilities

Assist with general administrative duties and day-to-day office operations

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Perform data entry, filing, scanning and document organisation

Assist with monitoring customer purchase orders and updating the system

Assist with preparation and filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents

Assist senior staff with Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations

Assist with payroll preparation, including checking of working days and overtime records

Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers and company records

Plan company events in advance

Monitor office stationery and pantry supplies.

Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

No prior working experience required

Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply

Minimum secondary school education or equivalent

Able to communicate and write simple emails in English

Basic computer knowledge

Willing to learn

Responsible, organised and punctual

Able to work independently after training

Good attention to detail
