Creative & Design Senior Manager

Job Summary

You will lead client consultations and design conceptualization by creating detailed plans and 3D models. Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, develop technical blueprints compliant with safety codes, and supervise site progress to ensure design accuracy.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess their needs, lifestyle, design preferences, and budget requirements

Develop detailed design plans, 3D models, sketches, and mood boards illustrating lighting, color schemes, and layout concepts

Manage project timelines, procure materials, and coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

Create technical blueprints that comply with local safety regulations and building codes

Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress and verify adherence to design specifications

Use AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace to produce and present design work

Apply knowledge of color theory, spatial planning, materials, and furniture selection to enhance design quality

Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate client feedback through creative problem-solving
