Senior/ Operations Executive (Securities/ Stock Brokerage Firm)

Responsibilities

Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately and within established timelines.

Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transaction records.

Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.

Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.

Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by the required documentation.

Work closely with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve operational issues.

Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational controls.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, investment or financial operations.

Familiarity with trade-related payments, cash reconciliation or client account reconciliation.

Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive operational deadlines.
