Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse /Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. To responsible for handling inventory, packing and dispatching goods and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics activities.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Pick, pack and label products in accordance with order requirements.

Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Assist with loading and unloading, inspect and store of goods as required.

Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments in accordance with safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.

Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized warehouse.

Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.

Comply with workplace safety, company policies and SOPs.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00am –5:00pm

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.

Capable of performing physical and manual handling duties.

Comfortable working in a chiller and freezer environment.

Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.
