Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, strengthen client relationships, and drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Allocate and manage customer leads effectively among Sales team members.

Monitor individual and team sales performance, conversion rates and sales targets.

Lead and manage the Designers / Sales Designers, ensuring effective coordination between sales and design.

Monitor project progress from sales confirmation through design, production and completion.

Ensure projects are properly followed up and delivered according to agreed timelines.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers and business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase company revenue.

Personally lead negotiations and secure major / high-value projects for the company.

Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, pricing approaches and business development plans.
