Head of IT

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations for Indoguna Singapore.

Drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation, process automation, and business intelligence solutions.

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of IT systems to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, including system implementation, optimisation, user support, and process integration.

Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption across the business.

Work closely with all departments to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve processes.

Manage IT vendors, software providers, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and IT governance.

Develop the company’s long-term IT roadmap and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Build and lead the internal IT team while providing technical guidance and support to end users.

Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and recommend solutions that create measurable business value.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems, and operations.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP, including implementation, system optimisation, troubleshooting, user support, and integration with business processes.

Proven track record in digital transformation, including AI adoption, process automation, business intelligence, and technology-driven process improvement.

Strong experience in IT project management, with the ability to manage projects from planning and implementation through to successful user adoption.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system maintenance, IT governance, and data security.

Experience in managing IT vendors, software providers, consultants, and external technology partners.

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical and cost-effective technology solutions.

Proven ability to develop and implement a long-term IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring an internal IT team including providing technical guidance and end-user support.

Proactive and adaptable, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
