Job Summary
Provide Level 3 application and user support for the GMI vendor application running on the AS/400 system for a leading investment bank, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Deliver Level 3 support for the GMI application by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system stability
Provide user support by troubleshooting application problems and guiding users to effective solutions
Apply technical knowledge of the AS/400 system to analyze and resolve system-related incidents impacting the GMI application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate support and maintenance activities for the GMI application
Participate in onboarding domain training to deepen understanding of the investment banking environment and application context
