💵 Potential Gross Earnings
Sign on Bonus $2000. With basic salary + shift allowance + overtime:
Estimated gross: $2,600–$3,100+ per month, depending on OT hours and shift schedule.
Main Duties
Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications, drawings and work instructions
Conduct functional and leak testing, identify issues and perform rework where required
Assist engineers with problem-solving and basic troubleshooting
Follow cleanroom protocols, manufacturing procedures and 5S practices
Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe and disciplined work environment
🛠️ Requirements
Basic technical knowledge and hands-on skills
Willingness to learn and develop technical capabilities
Able to work rotating day/night shifts
