IT Executive (West)

Job description:

Providing end-user IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Maintaining IT infrastructure, network connectivity, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Managing user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning and deployment.

Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and Odoo CRM systems.

Managing IT assets, software inventories, licences, and technical documentation.

Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives, IT governance, and compliance with organisational policies.

Supporting the adoption and effective use of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.

Identifying, recommending, and implementing technology improvements and digitalisation initiatives to enhance business efficiency.

Coordinating with external vendors for hardware procurement, equipment repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.

Providing after-hours or weekend support when required during system implementations, upgrades, maintenance activities, or emergency situations.

Responding promptly to critical IT incidents, taking ownership of issue resolution, and restoring services with minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

1–3 years of relevant IT experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure

Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies

Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a small team

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Odoo CRM, Power Automate, Intune or cybersecurity tools would be advantageous
