IT Project Manager - #1601

Job Scope

Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of systems, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with statutory obligations.

Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability of mission‑critical applications.

Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure systems meet functional and compliance standards.

Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.

Provide project reporting, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure systems adhere to governance, audit, and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to sensitive personal and religious data.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

IT project management experience, with exposure to government or regulated environments preferred.

Proven track record in managing enterprise applications, including requirements analysis, vendor management, and system implementation.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

Experience with system integration, data governance, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Familiarity with public‑sector IT governance, audit requirements, and security standards.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
