Job Description

Lead the full spectrum of finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.

Provide commercial insights through business reviews, financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes in partnership with regional and local leadership teams.

Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation, banking relationships, and treasury-related activities.

Strengthen governance frameworks by ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Partner with stakeholders across business functions to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Controller should have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Proven finance leadership experience within a retail or consumer-facing environment.

Strong financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organisation.

Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
