Job Description

Lead and manage software development teams to achieve project goals.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Lead should have:

Has around 5 years of working experience in software development and team management.

Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, C# or Java

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
