Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations
• Perform cashiering duties
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Receive, unpack, and arrange new arrivals for visual display
• Manage and organise store inventory and stock arrangements
• Fulfil online orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Required Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
• Strong sales and persuasive skills
• Motivated and responsible team player with a strong customer service mindset
• High sense of responsibility and good moral values
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
