Your Role

Explore and implement different recruitment strategies to identify suitable candidates through social media, networking, offline outreach and other channels.

Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure each stage of the hiring process progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Support day-to-day recruitment and business development activities while gaining exposure to the wider HR function.

Work closely with your mentor to develop practical skills, professional knowledge and industry awareness.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma, Degree or ‘A’ Level qualification.

Strong willingness to learn and develop within the HR and recruitment field.

Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
