About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our High Net Worth insurance team as an Associate Sales Consultant. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a senior Sales Consultant, gaining hands-on exposure across sales support, case management, and policy servicing. This position offers a clear development pathway into a Sales Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team and your mentor in sales development and implementation

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with private bankers, wealth planners, and referral partners

Submit and liaise insurance applications with insurers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist in documentation, tracking, and maintenance of applications and policies

Support case management activities including medical examinations, logistics, and onboarding

Prepare insurance forms, policy contracts, and related documentation

Handle policy servicing matters such as reimbursements, enquiries, and post-sales support

Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally

Develop working knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks' credit procedures

Participate in training and continuous learning programs

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

3–5 years of experience, preferably in banking, insurance, wealth management, or related financial services

Exposure to insurance administration, policy servicing, case management, or sales support is preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Performance-driven, proactive, and eager to learn

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
