Accounting Manager, $6,000 - $8,000 (East)

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to manage full-set accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and finance operations for a multinational environment.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, so the successful candidate must be comfortable handling the accounting work personally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-set accounting and month-end/year-end closing

Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial analysis

Handle Singapore GST, corporate tax and withholding tax matters

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules

Coordinate statutory audit and liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisers

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital

Work closely with management and regional stakeholders

Support SAP / ERP implementation, migration and system enhancement projects

Improve accounting processes, controls, reporting and automation

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

At least 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience

Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial closing

Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP for accounting/closing/reconciliation/reporting

Strong knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax

Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience

Able to work independently and handle detailed accounting work

MNC / regional finance experience is an advantage

ACCA / CA / CPA is preferred

ERP implementation or migration experience is an advantage
