🔧 Key Responsibilities

Drive product quality improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

Analyze product quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Investigate product failures, customer complaints, and quality-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor and analyze quality data, yield trends, defect patterns, and process performance indicators.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.

Support new product introductions (NPI), product qualifications, and change management activities.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.

Participate in audits and quality system improvement programs.

Prepare quality reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).

Experience in Product Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as:8DFMEASPCMSASix SigmaCAPAFishbone Analysis5 Why Analysis

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Experience with quality management systems and customer quality requirements is an advantage.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or semiconductor quality standards.

Green Belt or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, SAP, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is advantageous.
