Beauty Sales Ambassador

Job Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Skincare & Beauty) Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre Working Hours: 5 hours per day (Shift options: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique at Raffles City Shopping Centre. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the right products tailored to their needs. If you have a passion for cosmetics and skincare and enjoy engaging with people, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized skincare and beauty recommendations.

Store Operations: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, product testers are kept clean, and visual merchandising standards are impeccably maintained.

Sales & Transactions: Assist the team in driving store sales and handle Point-of-Sale (POS) cashiering duties accurately.

Brand Ambassador: Maintain strong product knowledge of our unique formulations and ingredients to educate customers effectively.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with a confident, approachable, and friendly demeanor.

Able to commit to 5-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays based on the retail roster.

Prior experience in retail, especially within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness sectors, is highly advantageous.
