Business Consultant (Loan Brokerage)
📍 Singapore |Basic + Uncapped Earnings
Our client is expanding their loan brokerage team and seeking motivated individuals who are driven by performance and results. This is a commission-based role suited for individuals who want full control over their income and career growth.
Illustration:
Loan Amount: S$1,000,000
Service Fee: 3% = S$30,000
If the commission is 40% of the net revenue, the payout is S$12,000.
If the commission is 50% of the net revenue, the payout is S$15,000.
What You Will Do
Generate and engage clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
Understand clients’ financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
Liaise with multiple banks and financial institutions to structure applications
Manage the full loan process from consultation to approval
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
