Security System Technician

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Redhill

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Technical Specialist (Security Systems) to support the service and maintenance operations of our clients’ security systems. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge in security systems such as Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection, and be eager to grow within a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine service and maintenance work on security systems at client sites.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.

Work under the direction of a Senior Technical Specialist or Supervisor to complete assigned tasks.

Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when needed.

Maintain accurate service records and provide reports to supervisors.

Communicate effectively with clients during service visits to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Carry out other technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in security systems maintenance or installation preferred.

Familiarity with security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection is a plus.

Basic understanding of IT/networking is advantageous.

Willingness to learn and take on new technical challenges.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required to be on 24/7 standby (Allowance will be provided)

Class 2B and/or Class 3 license preferred for on-site assignments or reimbursement basis.
