Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saleforce Developer/Architect to support enterprise transformation initiatives and drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Therole combines technical architecture, solution design, impact analysis, andhands-on development within a complex Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse impacts of upstream system changes on Salesforce applications, data, integrations, and processes.

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions covering data, integrations, automation, security, and user experience.

Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.

Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.

Produce technical documentation, impact assessments, and solution designs.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver business-critical changes.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform architecture.

Experience with solution design, impact analysis, and enterprise integrations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and performance considerations.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
