Store Hand / Warehouse Assistant (Forklift & Reach Truck)

Tech Chain Global is hiring a Store Hand to run day-to-day warehouse operations at our client's site, a multinational manufacturer in the Jurong / Tukang industrial area. You will be employed by Tech Chain Global and deployed on-site full time.

This is a hands-on store role for someone who is comfortable on a forklift and equally comfortable in SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive incoming goods and post goods receipts and stock transfers in SAP (MIGO)
• Operate forklift and reach truck for unloading, put-away and retrieval
• Label and maintain SKU, batch and location accuracy across the store
• Carry out cycle counts and support the annual physical inventory
• Monitor on-time delivery and flag shortages or discrepancies early
• Work closely with Sales Admin on order status and stock queries
• Keep the store area clean, safe and audit-ready

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior warehouse or store experience
• Valid forklift licence (required)
• Reach truck licence preferred — if you do not hold one, we will sponsor the WSQ reach truck course after you join
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred; basic Excel
• Able to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication, with daily coordination with Sales Admin
• Willing to work overtime during peak periods (paid)
• Applicants must be legally authorised to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship

WHAT WE OFFER

• S$3,000 to S$4,000 per month depending on experience and licences held
• Paid overtime
• CPF, annual leave and medical benefits in accordance with the Employment Act
• Permanent role, not a temporary placement
• Stable single-site posting at an established manufacturer
