We are seeking a Clinic Executive to join our specialist clinic and play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional, and patient-focused experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in providing high standards of patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointments and enquiries

Coordinate patient visits, consultations, investigations and follow-ups

Handle front-desk and administrative duties professionally and efficiently

Communicate with patients, doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers

Manage billing, payments, insurance/claims administration and relevant documentation

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Support the specialist and clinical team with day-to-day administrative matters

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required

Assist with improving clinic workflows and operational efficiency

Ensure the clinic maintains a welcoming, professional and patient-centred environment

Requirements

Diploma or relevant qualification preferred

Prior experience in healthcare, specialist clinics, medical centres or a similar environment is advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy clinic setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning clinic
