The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale ELGO AI’s core platform and enterprise applications.

You will work across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment infrastructure, and collaborate closely with our AI Engineers who own the AI backend and agentic capabilities.

This role requires strong ownership across the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and development to deployment and production support.

Main Responsibilities

·      Build and maintain frontend applications usingReact.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

·      Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic, primarily using Golang.

·      Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.

·      Build integrations with external APIs, authentication systems, and enterprise applications.

·      Work closely with AI Engineers to integrate AI services into the product layer.

·      Design for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, and production issues.

·      Write clean, reusable, well-tested production code.

·      Contribute to code reviews, technical standards, and architecture decisions.

·      Support cloud deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and containerized applications.

What We Are Looking For

Full-Stack Experience: At least 4 years of relevant software engineering experience building production applications.

Frontend: Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Backend: Strong backend development experience. Golang experience is highly preferred.

Databases: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production deployment.

Strong Engineering Fundamentals: Good understanding of API design, software architecture, testing, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

High Ownership: Able to independently take features from technical design through production deployment and ongoing improvement.

Problem Solver: Comfortable working through ambiguous technical problems and making pragmatic engineering decisions.

Enterprise Experience Preferred: Experience building B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise software, workflow applications, or system integrations is highly preferred.

Location

This is primarily an on-site role based in Singapore.
