Radiographer/Sonographer

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are ready before each procedure.

Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support throughout the examination.

Maintain a professional image and deliver a high standard of patient care and customer service.

Handle challenging situations, including patient feedback and service-related concerns, professionally and sensitively.

Support efficient workflows and ensure timely patient turnaround for each examination.

Requirements

Degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or a related qualification.

Proficient in performing X-rays, mammography, and sonography procedures.

Service-oriented, with strong communication and active listening skills.

A collaborative team player with good attention to detail.

Able to work a 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday and Saturday half-day.

Work location: Tanjong Pagar.
