Position Title: Business Transformation Consultant

Working Location: City Hall

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus

Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

Review and document current business processes to understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.

Collect and analyse data to identify the root causes of organisational issues.

Analyse, plan, and implement process improvements to improve information systems, operations, and product quality.

Develop performance metrics to support process management and identify future improvement opportunities.

Translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution designs.

Work closely with key stakeholders to recommend suitable process re-engineering practices and ensure improvement initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in business process modelling, process design, requirements management, and project management.

Experience with business process re-engineering methods and techniques, preferably within the technology industry.

Experience using Agile methods to prioritise and define requirements through an iterative approach.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

LEAN and Six Sigma training is an advantage.
