Audit Quality Partner

Cypress Singapore PAC is seeking an experienced Audit Quality Partner to lead our firm-wide quality agenda and strengthen our commitment to audit excellence, professional integrity, and regulatory compliance.

As a member of the firm's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our System of Quality Management, driving continuous improvement in audit quality, and ensuring compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the firm's Audit Quality and System of Quality Management.

Drive a culture of quality, professional skepticism, ethics, and accountability.

Monitor compliance with auditing, independence, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee quality monitoring, inspections, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.

Provide technical leadership on complex audit and assurance matters.

Support methodology development, regulatory readiness, and professional training.

Advise partners and engagement teams on quality-related risks and judgments.

Steer A.I. audit tools development and implementation

Manage a limited portfolio of assurance engagements as Engagement Partner, with engagement quality reviews performed by other independent partner.

Requirements

Must currently be a Singapore ACRA registered Public Accountant with no less than 15 years as a Public Accountant.

Significant audit leadership experience, ideally at Partner, Quality Partner, Technical Partner, or equivalent level.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, quality management standards, ethics, and independence requirements.

Proven experience managing quality reviews, inspections, and regulatory engagements.

Strong leadership, judgement, and stakeholder management capabilities.
