Construction&Project Management Manager

*Responsibilities:*

1. Lead and manage construction and interior renovation projects from planning to completion

2. Oversee site operations, work progress, quality control and WSH safety compliance

3. Plan project schedules, budget allocation, resource deployment and cost tracking

4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and government authorities

5. Manage HR matters including work pass administration, staff coordination and team leadership

6. Oversee financial tasks such as payment follow-up, invoice verification and fund coordination

7. Apply OTHM Level 7 management knowledge to optimise efficiency and business performance

8. Ensure full compliance with Singapore building regulations and industry standards

*Requirements:*

1. Hold Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management (OTHM or equivalent qualification)

2. Have minimum 8 years progressive experience in construction project management

3. Possess strong background combining site supervision, HR coordination and financial administration

4. Be familiar with Singapore construction codes, WSH regulations and work pass procedures

5. Demonstrate proven ability in government liaison, stakeholder communication and problem-solving

6. Be fluent in English for professional documentation and official correspondence
