Join Common Man Coffee Roasters and build your barista skills in abusy café environment where quality coffee, great service and teamwork cometogether.
☕ The Role
Prepare coffee and support daily bar operations
Learn espresso preparation, dialling in and milk texturing
Develop your latte art and specialty coffee knowledge
Keep your bar clean, organised and service-ready
Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
Support the team during busy service
👀 We're Looking For
Some café or F&B experience preferred
No formal barista qualification required
Interested in coffee and keen to learn
Positive attitude and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with a service mindset
🎁 What We Offer
$2,400–$2,800 monthly salary
5-day work week | 44 hours
