Marketing Executive

Who We Are Looking For?

As Marketing Executive, he/she will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing department in areas of Advertising & Promotions, Character Licensing, and Brand Marketing.

What Awaits You:

1. Assist in a diverse areas of O+O marketing communications efforts including:

Advertising & Promotions

Propose and work on designs for licensed products and premiums

Collaterals/ In-store POS materials

Brand Awareness

Digital/ Social/ New media - Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Instagram Stories (IGS), YouTube (YT), and TikTok.)

Media Relations/ Publicity

Event management and roadshows

Community Engagement and Outreach

Working with partners and sponsors

2. Collaborate with internal and external teams, and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities

3. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

4. Provide administrative support to the marketing team

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

Experience (if any) from related industries such as FMCG, health & beauty preferred

Excellent command of English; both written and spoken

Proactive, independent, and a self-starter

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Ability to interact well with people from diverse cultures

Team player

Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint

Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and digitally-inclined

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to think creatively and spontaneously

Proactive and strong in multitasking

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Meticulous and commercially-focused
