Operations Manager (Polyclinic)

Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the polyclinic, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and service delivery.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and workflow improvements.

Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient experience and key operational indicators.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, workplace safety and infection-control standards.

Manage staffing requirements, rostering, manpower planning and resource allocation.

Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff to resolve operational issues.

Monitor and manage clinic expenses, supplies, equipment and operational budgets.

Handle patient feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waiting times and enhance the overall patient experience.

Support audits, quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.

Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and relevant healthcare partners where required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.

3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations

Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week

Proven experience in team leadership, staff management and operational planning.

Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient service and healthcare compliance.
