Trade Support Officer

Our client, a state-owned company within the commodities sector with over S$2 billion in operating revenue, is seeking for a Trade Support Officer.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Trade Support Officer will support the trading team across the full trade life cycle, from trade execution through to settlement. The role will work closely with traders and internal stakeholders to ensure trades are accurately captured, contracts are properly administered and physical shipments are executed smoothly across international markets.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a Degree in Finance or equivalent

At least 1 year of working/ internship experience within Commodities trading house (ideally with exposure to metals and minerals)

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, UCP600, ISBP

Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate to Chinese counterparts
