RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, creative Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. To be a successful Food and Beverage Manager, you should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards

Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies to meet operational needs efficiently

Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage vendors to secure quality products and favorable terms

Control food and beverage budgets and meet financial targets through effective cost management

Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and service standards

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to guarantee safe service

Support marketing events to promote food and beverage offerings and increase customer engagement

Utilize restaurant management software and related computer tools to optimize operations and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality Industry

In-depth knowledge of the food industry

Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software and related computer applications

Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets

Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to forecast food and beverage needs accurately

Excellent customer service skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Culinary or Food Service Management Degree may be advantageous
