Responsibilities

Assist the Project Team with day-to-day site matters for assigned building projects.

Support maintenance, defect rectification and A&A works as required.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth site operations.

Lead and supervise workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.

Ensure all site activities comply with relevant safety regulations, procedures and site rules.

Transport workers between their dormitory and the project site on a daily basis.

Supervise the direct workforce and oversee their day-to-day work activities on site.

Requirements

Recognized or related work skill certificates

Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore

Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply.
