Clinic Assistant

Roles& Responsibilities

Pre-requisites:-

·Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

·Basic computer knowledge with Han Yu Pin Yin inputs

·Relevant working experience will be an added advantage

Responsiblefor all the operational activities in the clinic.

Dutiesat the reception counter include, but are not limited to the following: -

·        registration of patients

·        cashier duties

·        taking appointments (where applicable)

·        taking phone calls and handling patients’ enquiries.

Dutiesat the dispensary include, but are not limited to the following: -

·        dispensing duties

·        regular monitoring of stock and raising purchase orders

·        month end stock take

Physicians’assistance duties include, but are not limited to the following: -

·        checking and ensuring that treatment rooms are fullyequipped at the beginning of the day

·        assists physicians or chaperon male physicians when theyare carrying out treatment and procedures for female patients.

·        identify patient’s needs when they ring the call bells forassistance

·        in-between patients tidying of treatment rooms

·        ensuring that all equipment are duly switched off at theend of the day

Others:-

·        general housekeeping of the clinic including tidying ofreception area, dispensary, consultation and treatment rooms.
